1. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All logos and branding assets sold by Digital Brand Artistry are original works unless otherwise stated. Upon purchase, you are granted full commercial rights and ownership of the logo. This means you may use the design across any medium — including websites, packaging, merchandise, advertising, social media, books, and other promotional or commercial materials.
You may also edit, modify, or customize the design for your brand needs.
Copyright ownership is transferred to you upon full payment. However, reselling, redistributing, or re-uploading the logo (original or modified) as a template, stock item, or part of any design bundle is strictly prohibited without written permission.
2. Product Delivery
All products are delivered digitally via download links after purchase. A confirmation email with your download link will be sent immediately. If you do not receive the file, please contact us at info@digitalbrandartistry.co.uk.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your digital product, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are only granted for:
Products not downloaded more than once
Products not altered or edited after delivery

4. Custom Design Work
For custom logo orders, design drafts are shared for approval. Refunds are not offered after the first revision stage. Full terms for custom work will be provided on request.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP. Payment is processed securely via our payment provider. No payment details are stored on our servers.
